Or boys! Or general energy! Kindness for other members, instructors, and anyone within the studio is required for anyone who moves with us.

All sessions canceled in less than 24 hours will be charged in full or deducted from your package. Sessions canceled in less than 60 minutes from the start time are considered no shows and will be charged an additional $25 fee.

Life happens! For private sessions, if you are running over 15 minutes late, your session will be considered a late cancel and will need to be rescheduled. For semi private sessions, if you are running over 10 minutes late, your session will be forfeited out of courtesy to other members participating.

To keep the studio clean, please take off your shoes upon arrival. Once you are in the studio space, no shoes! Bare feet are preferred for sessions, baby wipes are available to give your feet a little clean before you’re on the equipment.

Please know there are cameras throughout the studio for security and liability reasons. Client or instructor filming during sessions is permitted! If you do not wish to be filmed, please let us know before your sessions and we will accommodate you.

All members will receive a one time extension on packages, just shoot me a note. Please note that all packages expire 90 days from purchase.

Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis. Please leave your kids at home, xx!

Our equipment is chic and we want to keep it that way. If you have recently gotten a spray tan or have applied self tanner, please make sure you have thoroughly showered before joining us.
